Excuse me, but uhmm...why can't I access my account?

Although we try to keep them to a minimum, account log in problems do occur from time to time. Usually they’re easy to fix depending on the message that pops-up.

“Sorry, we were unable to find that email and password in our system”
Double check that you entered all your information correctly. One wrong character and it’s a no go. If you have your password set to automatic fill-in, then you’re going to have to delete the information there and re-type your password.

Notes about your email address
There are a few guidelines to remember when you’re filling out the membership form:

• Email addresses must not contain spaces
• You must input your entire email address. For example: name@yourISP.com
• If you decide to change your email address after you become a Viva Vogue member, no problem, you just need to use your original email address to log in. Then you can go to “My Account” and change the records to your new one.

"Your browser will not allow us to set cookies"
Cookies are our way of recognizing who’s a member and who isn’t. It’s our way of looking through the peephole of the front door to see if we should invite you in for coffee. If we don’t recognize you, then we can’t open the door and well…you won’t get any coffee. Now we don’t want that to happen so:

• Press the “Start” button on your computer’s desktop.
• Under “Settings” find “Control Panel” and double click on the “Internet Options”
• Once it opens you’ll see a gray box called “Internet Properties” – click the “Privacy” tab, then click “Advanced”.

On the new screen that pop’s up click the following settings:

• “Override automatic cookie handling” – Check this box.
• “Accept First and Third party cookies” – Check this box.
• “Always allow session cookies” – Check this box.
• Click “OK”

The main privacy screen should appear once again.

• Click “Edit”
• Type www.vivavogue.com into the “Address of Web Site” box.
• Click “Allow”
• www.vivavogue.com should now appear in the lower box. If it does, then click “OK” and close up all of the windows.

If you’re using Internet Explorer 7.0 or Windows XP with SP2

• Press the “Start” button on your computer’s desktop.
• Under “Settings” find “Control Panel” and double click on the “Internet Options”
• Once it opens you’ll see a gray box called “Internet Properties” – click the “Privacy” tab.
• Click on “Sites”
• Type www.vivavogue.com into the “Address of Web Site” box.
• Click “Allow”
• www.vivavogue.com should now appear in the lower box. If it does, then click “OK” and close up all of the windows.
