Viva Vogue is really designed for those with high speed internet. However, as long as your patient and on dial up, your card will load. Load times can take up to a minute or more on dial-up.

We realize that not everyone has high-speed Internet, so if you’re using a dial-up accelerator, you’re going to have to do a few things:

Go to the “Options” setting in the accelerator
Click on “Graphics Compression” and set to “None”

This should solve the problem. If not, then you need to contact the creator of your accelerator.

If you’re using MSN 9 you need to change the setting in the Pop-up Guard to allow for Pop-ups from Viva Vogue.

To browse Viva Vogue without having to worry about the Pop-Up Guard:

Click “Help & Settings”
Under “Settings” click “Select Pop-up Guard settings”
Find the “Pop-allow list”, then the “Add Web sites to the pop-up allow list”
Type in www.vivavogue.com and click “Add”

Now sit back and enjoy your Viva Vogue experience.
